Even before joining, I was a huge supporter of Thrive’s initiatives and ethos. I’m thrilled to be a part of the evolution of this firm, the message of which I support so heavily.

Qualifications:
- Training contract at US Law firm, London
- LPC University of Law, Leeds
- 2:1 Law degree, LLB, Queen Mary University of London

Experience:

I have extensive experience dealing with both employers and employees, working in the following areas:
- Discipline and grievance procedures and disputes
- Unfair and constructive unfair dismissal claims
- Restructuring, redundancy and transfer of undertakings issues
- Forms of discrimination including disability, race, sex and maternity etc
- Employment contracts, handbooks and workplace policies
- Without Prejudice/ S111A negotiations and Settlement agreements (for both businesses and for individuals)
- Family friendly rights
- Wages and working time issues
- Whistleblowing
- TUPE transfers
- Managing mental health in the workplace
- Employment tribunal litigation

Pro Bono:
- Advising on queries referred from Mind
- Mentor at my formal school, encouraging young women to enter the legal profession
- Rights of Women Sexual Harassment Helpline
- Mumsnet Legal Clinic (with Maternity Action)

Personal Interests/Hobbies:
I’m also a massive musical theatre fan, having formerly taught singing to children on my weekends whilst at school. In my spare time, you can probably find me singing along to Hamilton in my car!
