Since our inception, we have been working alongside clients to support them with their ED&I and wellbeing strategies, and have also worked in conjunction with the Law Society to help promote this agenda to other law firms as well. There are a number of ways in which we could support your business with your people and culture strategy and, in particular, with the ED&I and wellbeing aspects of it.

We can provide a wide range of consultancy services, ranging from ad hoc telephone or face-to-face support to full strategical guidance on how best to start implementing these changes.  That might involve assisting you with formulating a vision for your ED&I or wellbeing, creating a set of objectives and then working with you to engage the directors or trustees, and then the staff, in the process.  Nothing will happen unless there is absolute buy-in at the highest level and we can assist with educating the decision-makers on the benefits of allocating time and budget to this agenda.  The fact that we are even having these discussions shows that there is appetite for change in your firm.  It’s our job to tease that out and to get the sceptics to throw their support behind it.
