Who will you be working alongside?
Here at Thrive, we are a small, close-knit team. We all work flexibly, and therefore you are unlikely to see all of us every day in the office.
The team is currently made up of six solicitors – Jodie (Founder & Managing Partner), Tom (Partner), Alicia (Senior Associate Solicitor and Head of Training), Crystal (Senior Associate Solicitor and Head of Outsourced HR and Employment Law Support), Ashmina (Associate Solicitor) and Bryony (Associate Solicitor).
Annabelle, Katie and Roshni are our Trainee Solicitors, we have one paralegal, Roshni and Ciara, Lucy, Keish and Lois are our Legal Assistants.

How can you prepare?
