We are hugely passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion (ED&I) at Thrive, and are team are proud members of numerous committees and initiatives which support these ideals.

All of our services (employment law, HR, and strategic and coaching support), are all provided with ED&I in mind. Encouraging workplace equality, diversity, and inclusion can help make a business more successful, keep employees happy and motivated, and ensure a business can better service a diverse range of customers. Perhaps most importantly, a business with equality, diversity and inclusion at its centre is also likely to have fewer legal issues arising such as bullying, harassment and discrimination.

What does equality, diversity & inclusion mean?

Equality in the workplace means equal job opportunities and fairness, whilst diversity considers the range of people in your workplace. This goes beyond just the protected characteristics, and also includes consideration of issues such as social mobility and regional origins.

An inclusive workplace means everyone feels valued at work.

We can undertake a full strategic evaluation, can provide bespoke ED&I coaching, and can tailor  a  plan to help you consider consider how to best get your business to properly reflect your values.
