Our “People Person” Course

We have put together a course specially designed for managers in small SMEs who have taken on a HR function and/or HR professionals who wish to have further training from Employment Law specialists.

The training covers everything from absence, holidays, sickness, and performance, as well as ideas on how to support those with mental health in work and consider neurodiversity in employment.

The course consists of numerous units which can be delivered over one or two days, or over multiple “lunch and learn” sessions. The sessions can be built to your specific needs, depending on your industry, skills and goals. Please see appendix 2 for an example of the units we cover.
