About:

Omar has over 20 years’ leadership experience and a proven track record of scaling high-growth businesses through operational excellence, technology and people.

Omar first met Jodie as a client in 2021, working closely with her and the wider Thrive tribe to navigate the people challenges that come with scaling a high-growth business. He joined Thrive as COO in October 2026.
He believes sustainable growth starts with great people. As a qualified Executive Coach and Mentor, he enjoys developing leaders, building high-performing teams and creating cultures where people are empowered to be the best versions of themselves.

His role at Thrive is to ensure the firm has the right foundations and platform for growth, through talented people, continuous improvement with processes and leveraging AI & automation.

Outside of work, you’ll find Omar at the gym, enjoying an Oat latte, a large glass of red wine or a pint of Guinness (depending on his mood and time of day!)
