Crystal heads up our Outsourced HR and Employment department, helping businesses of all sizes and sectors navigate complex legal challenges while fostering positive, compliant, and productive workplaces.
Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2013, Crystal has provided expert advice on employment law and HR matters to organisations ranging from start-ups and SMEs to large corporates across a wide range of industries. She specialises in advising on HR issues, workplace policies, and employee relations, but her experience spans all aspects of employment law.
Crystal works closely with business leaders, senior management teams, and HR departments to deliver practical, hands-on support at both strategic and operational levels. Known for her proactive and solutions-focused approach, she builds long-term relationships by understanding each client’s unique needs and challenges. Her combination of legal expertise and commercial insight makes her a trusted adviser to businesses seeking to create compliant, resilient, and people-focused workplaces.
