About Thrive Law

Thrive Law provides expert, lawyer-led employment law, outsourced HR and employment law support, training and strategic consultancy services, underpinned by the lived experiences of its lawyers.

We put mental health and wellbeing, ED&I, and neurodiversity at the forefront of everything we do, because our lawyers understand the importance of creating psychologically safe spaces where everyone can be their best and truest selves.

As a result, we are recognised by The Law Society, the SRA, and ACAS for our progressive values and positive actions.

Charity Partner

CATCH Leeds is the charity partner for Thrive Law, aligning closely with our values and ethos. CATCH (Community Action To Create Hope) is a Leeds-based charity that believes in the greatness within every child. Through positive mentorship and access to resources, they help young people overcome obstacles, achieve success, and unlock their potential. At their vibrant headquarters in Harehills, they provide a safe space for the community, with a youth programme that engages over 1,000 children in activities such as sports, creativity, learning, volunteering, and social action projects. They also act as a source of support, advice, and inspiration for people of all ages and backgrounds.

By attending the Thrive Summit 2026, you’ll not only gain valuable insights into building thriving workplace cultures but also contribute directly to CATCH’s work in the community. All event proceeds will support their important efforts in mental health, youth development, and community well-being.
