Admin Apprentice

Nataliia joined Thrive Law in 2025 as an Admin Apprentice. With her marketing and customer support background, she’s always enjoyed bringing structure and clarity to busy environments. At Thrive, she helps to manage internal operations, support both legal and non-legal teams, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Originally from Ukraine, Nataliia moved to the UK at the age of 20, which was both a challenging and life-changing experience. Starting from scratch in a new country taught her resilience, adaptability, and the importance of surrounding yourself with people who share your values - like the team at Thrive.

Before joining the team, Nataliia completed a degree in Marketing and worked across different customer support and marketing roles, which helped her build a foundation in organisation, communication, and problem-solving.

Nataliia has always wanted to work in a company where values really matter - and that’s exactly what she’s found at Thrive. She is proud to be part of a team that genuinely prioritises mental health, wellbeing, and inclusion - not just in words, but in everyday actions.
