Train the Trainer
Our “Train the Trainer” programme equips experienced managers and leaders with the skills, confidence and legal insight needed to deliver compelling, inclusive training across your organisation. Guided by our expert employment law solicitors who are passionate about mental health, ED&I and neurodiversity.
Initial Meeting
We will meet with you to discuss and understand your learning and development needs and goals. We will use this meeting to put an initial quote together setting out the various
options that sit within your desired objectives.
At this stage, we will also agree how you would like to measure the success of our training and other initiatives.
Design
We will design a training plan that meets those needs, underpinned by our legal and lived experience and discuss this with you first to agree the content before moving to
designing the materials.
Before finalising anything, we will agree not only on the key takeaways, learning objectives, content, and delivery for each session but also the titles of the sessions and the
associated communication so that it aligns with your tone of voice and values, ensuring they land well with the team for maximum engagement.
Training and Review
We will roll out the training course while reviewing results periodically with you.
We will also support you with measuring progress pre, during, and post session(s) in your preferred style.
Next Steps
We will work with you to help you identify any further training needs across the organisation to help you to continue to embed the learning and identify any gaps with learning
and development.
