Absolutely amazing course. Not only have I developed a massive understanding around mental health and supporting those in a number of situations, I know how to further look after myself and somehow feel mentally refreshed leaving the course. The idea of imparting my stresses and personal issues with strangers doesn’t sound appealing but it felt amazing. People made me feel so listened to and I felt special for the experiences I’ve had, not burdened. Tara was incredible, so friendly, approachable and knowledgeable.
