I found the overall experience very helpful, from a learning but also a human perspective. I really enjoyed by interactions with everyone in the group and was impressed how a small group of people who do not know each other can so quickly relate to each other in a positive and constructive way. It gave me hope that a stronger society can be built to support mental health issues. From a learning perspective, I found the material very comprehensive and clear, with easy to remember diagrams and acronyms, which gives me confidence I will be able to apply what I learned going forward even if in a distant future.
