Jodie and I started working together in July 2018, when it was evident that we shared the same vision for the future of the legal profession and particularly relating to the type of safe environment we wish to work in.

We are specialists in Employment Law, working with both Claimants and Respondents in order to achieve a positive outcome for both parties. We have a unique interest in mental health and coaching employers to create a positive and safe environment for employees to thrive.

- As a trained advocate, I have the skills and experience to handle a case from initial client contact through to representing my clients at a final hearing in the employment tribunals.
- I have extensive experience dealing with both claimant and respondent work in the following areas:
- Employment tribunal litigation including hearing advocacy
- Discipline and grievance procedures and disputes
- Internal HR investigations
- Unfair and constructive unfair dismissal claims
- Restructuring, redundancy and transfer of undertakings issues
- All forms of discrimination including disability, race, sex and religion
- Employment contracts, handbooks and workplace policies
- Settlement agreements
- Family friendly and LGBTQIA+ rights
- Wages and working time issues
- ACAS Early Conciliation
- Part-time tutor on the Graduate Diploma in Law at Leeds Beckett University
