About:

Paul is an experienced HR and leadership professional with established and start-up businesses. He has a proven track record of making an impact and delivering significant projects and performance improvement through people, particularly within the SME Market. Paul is passionate about people, growth, employee engagement, and experience that enables individuals and teams to be the best they can be every day. Paul officially joined the Thrive Tribe in 2021 but has worked with Jodie for over four years, supporting HR matters and co-founding tHRive Club.

  • Paul specialises in being more than a HR Partner, he understands our clients’ businesses and challenges to offer solutions and products.
  • He is an expert in delivering change management and HR Strategies.
  • He works closely with partners to deliver their goals and drive Thrive brand awareness and growth through an engaging customer success journey.
  • Paul promotes a sense of purpose, belonging, learning opportunities, teamwork and a fair environment at Thrive.
  • He also has full accountability for managing Thrive HR clients and working in partnership with the whole team to ensure we provide a first-class HR service.
