Owning the website strategy, CX and process for lead generation with support of external suppliers
Own all social media channels and be the custodian of the Thrive brand ensuring consistency remains wherever the Thrive brand is featured.
Build a portfolio of events, awards, and brand exposure opportunities in the UK and internationally
Owning the marketing calendar and campaigns, with the support of the team, to ensure ROI, tracking data and advising the leadership of strategic direction
Management of marketing activities including messaging, propositions, and go to market strategies
Maintain up-to-date competitive analysis of our programmes and how they are positioned within the industry
Lead Generation B2B and B2C: lead the strategy and execution for all demand and lead generation campaigns across the local marketing channels, including but not limited to SEM, paid social, SEO, email marketing, social media, events, content, and partnerships
Execute campaigns and manage the entire inbound lead flow process with the help of the leadership team, from lead capture and landing page creation, to email and nurturing programs, and integration with CRM tools
Work closely with Head of People & Partnerships to lead and develop effective campaign strategies to drive outbound and inbound sales results via strategic partners.
Product Marketing: Conduct market research, perform competitive analysis, research and advice on product pricing and product positioning, create and maintain sales and partner enablement tools. Launch new product features and update website content
Content Marketing: Set out the content strategy and its execution. From our blog, to testimonials, to webinars, social, case studies, partner co-marketing content and sales collateral
Lead and develop a talented and effective marketing team which currently includes a Marketing Manager (consultant) and Marketing Executive
Build key relationships across the team, and with our commercial and community partners
Manage marketing budgets and allocation
A self-starter with entrepreneurial characteristics, with the resilience, growth mindset and leadership skills, who can take ownership and deliver
Marketing experience in an SME, face paced organisations with agency experience is a preferred option.
Leadership ability to inspire, influence, motivate, coach, and energise a team.
Proficient in making data-backed decisions and using data to ask and answer questions that move the business forward
Ability to manage multiple competing projects and prioritize tasks based on business need and urgency
