HR Business Partner

We are currently recruiting for a values driven and ambitious HR Business Partner in fully flexible role to assist Thrive HR offering. This role would suit someone who really wants to make a difference working with in house and remotely with Thrive clients, where people matter.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Partner and Head of People and Partnerships, the HR specialist will be a key member our HR division. Instrumental in assisting with scaling up and structuring a best-of-class HR function to ensure Thrive reaches our ambitious growth objectives while being an active part of a strong inclusive culture. The position will deliver advice and support to our UK clients base, both remotely and on site.

HR Retained Clients

- Lead the delivery of HR solutions to our clients.
- Accountability for helping manage Thrive HR clients with the whole team to ensure a first-class HR service is provided
- Work with the leadership team and wider Thrive business and support the process for retaining and developing services of all clients.
- Be more than a HR Partner. Understand our clients’ businesses and challenges to offer solutions and products.

New Business

- Work with the leadership team to further develop the Sales Strategy for Thrive.
- Create a network of partners and businesses in the chosen sectors of (but not limited to) leadership, coaching and professional service.
- Help identify requirements and work with the core team at Thrive to deliver appropriate and profitable solutions.
- Help enable Thrive to access and become exposed to markets currently untapped.
- Work with the leadership and marketing team in creating marketing initiatives that will resonate with the target markets.
- To work closely with the Thrive team to convert leads and build relationships

Skills and Attributes

- Proven HR experience (CIPD Level 5 desired)
- A strong “people person” with a natural ability to lead teams, nurture and build relationships
- Credible and able to “connect” with and influence SME sector Business Owners
- Ability to provide strategic options by understanding client HR needs and proposing appropriate solutions
- Dynamic, persuasive, energetic, motivated, able to makes things happen!
- Organised, dependable and progressive - you genuinely love and seek out new ways to work and embrace technology
- Forward thinking, non-corporate individual who can work autonomously or as part of a team
- Commercial - A commercial/business person "who does HR"
- You see the big picture
