This session is intended to support line managers and give them the tools to feel they can approach perhaps uncomfortable conversations with confidence.
The types of conversations might be return to work, performance concerns, raising disciplinary matters etc.In particular, we will cover how managers can and should approach conversations around mental health and support required.
