With line managers expected to be the first touch point within your organisation for employees struggling with a mental health problem, you need to ensure that you have the training and knowledge in how to approach such conversations confidently and effectively. During this CPD-certified workshop, you will learn about the importance of having good open and proactive line manager conversations to support employees with their mental health.
