In this package, we will work with you to:
- Audit the current contractual status of your employees and review the adequacy of your contracts to ensure they’re compliant with current legislation.
- If a shortfall is identified we will amend and update your contracts to ensure that both you as the employer and your employees are adequately protected.
- Review your employee’s handbook and liaise with your managers to ensure current policies are correct or identify new ones which need to be included. Work with your team to ensure that the handbook is updated accurately.
